Changes in total, mesophile aerobe, psychrotroph and moderately halophile flora in sardines stored in ice for 0 to 18 days. Before storage, Gram positive bacteria are predominant. During storage, Gram negative bacteria, Pseudomonas and Alteromonas in particular, are the most numerous.
