Cemagref and Ania, in collaboration with the Directorate General for food of the French Ministry of Agriculture, have launched an operation to control the cold chain, from production to consumption, using consumer input. The process consists of introducing a temperature recorder in batches of yoghurts chosen randomly at the production site.
