Summary

In 2001, the market for fried potatoes and other garnishes has remained stable in volume but decreased slightly in value. During the winter, it was the leading branch of the frozen food market in terms of the number of units sold to consumers. On shop shelves, the offer is increasingly innovative, but the visibility of products in medium-sized and large supermarkets is still far from perfect.
