Author(s) : ALEXIEV N., STANKOV A.

Summary

THE USE OF THERMAL WATER WHICH IN CERTAIN CASES CAN BE OBTAINED FROM ARTESIAN WELLS OR EVEN USING IMMERSED PUMPS IN APPLICATIONS FOR THE HEATING OF RESIDENCES AND SANITARY HOT WATER PRODUCTION IS CHARACTERIZED BY THEFACT THAT IT INVOLVES VERY HIGH INVESTMENTS BUT EXPLOITATION COSTS ARE MUC THE PROFIT RETURN IS CONSOLIDATED BY THE RATIO OF INVESTMENT TO ENERGY CONSUMPTION OBTAINED BY GEOTHERMY. AN INSTALLATION ADAPTED TO THE GEOTHERMAL HEATING OF RESIDENCES MUST BE SO DESIGNED THAT THE GEOTHERMAL ENERGY IS USED TO THE MAXIMUM. A HEAT PUMP USING THE COMBINED COMPRESSION AND ABSORPTION CYCLES WILL FULLY MEET THIS CONDITION.
