Thermodynamic properties of working-fluid pairs with R134a for absorption refrigeration systems.
Author(s) : NEZU Y., HISADA N., ISHIYAMA T., et al.
Summary
The authors aimed to examine the possibility of applying R134a, an HFC, as refrigerant in absorption refrigeration systems. They chose DMA, DMF, DEGDME, TrEGDME, and TEGDME as absorbents. They measured bubble-point pressures, then developed bubble-point pressure correlations, and calculated enthalpies for absorbents and mixtures. Enthalpy-concentration charts for all working-fluid pairs were also developed.
