On 25th September 1996, the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Craftwork and the Health Ministry jointly adopted the two following EC guidelines: 92-1-EEC on temperature control in quick-frozen food, and 92-2-EEC on implementation details and method of analyzing this regulation.
