Summary

According to the European directive 92/1/EEC related to temperature control of frozen products, transport, warehousing and storage installations must be fitted with temperature recorders. Whereas a number of electronic and electric devices are already available, the companies involved wait for enforcement of the directive, anticipated for July 1, 1994, before they equip.
