Author(s) : HAMDI S.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Adsorption isotherms were plotted at various temperatures (2, 21 and 35 deg C) for two date varieties (Deglet Nour and Kenta de Gabès) with the aim of improving control of this metabolic activity. A desorption isotherm was also plotted at 21 deg C for cv Deglet Nour. A sorption model for dates is described.
