FINALLY, THE SMALL AMOUNT OF HEAT GENERATED BY STORED POTATOES COMPARED TO OTHER VEGETABLES IS DISCUSSED, AND IT IS CONCLUDED THAT THERE IS NO CASE FOR COOLING POTATOES.
