Summary

THE X-RAY INFLUENCE UPON TEMPERATURE AND THE WIDTH OF SUPERCONDUCTING TRANSITIONS IN YTTRIUM CERAMICS IS STUDIED. THE DEPENDENCE OF THE OFFSET TEMPERATURE AND SUPERCONDUCTING TRANSITIONS WIDTH UPON IRRADIATION DOSE IS INVESTIGATED FOR THE SAMPLES WITH DIFFERENT INITIAL CHARACTERISTICS. HIGH TEMPERATURE ANNEALING EFFECT ON THE SAID PARAMETERS OF THE IRRADIATED CERAMIC SAMPLES IS ALSO STUDIED.
