Résumé

The susceptibility to mealiness and flesh browning of ripe fruits of peach (Prunus persica) cultivars Sweet September, September Sun, Ryan Sun and Rosario Red, harvested at 3 different maturation stages and stored under modified atmosphere packaging were evaluated.
