Summary

Recently, biological clean rooms, which offer a clean work environment without germs, are often used in the manufacturing process of food which cannot be heated for sterilization or which needs to be cooled and packed after sterilization. The article describes the basic patterns of these clean rooms and outlines four rules which must be observed before using them.
