Summary
The overall traceability approach is designed to control processes and products from reception of raw materials to the supply of manufactured products to the consumer. A methodological traceability approach requires rigorous management of the transversal project in three fields: upstream internal and downstream. This approach relies on audit of overall traceability based on the 5 M method and is a valuable diagnostic tool providing in-depth data for companies, whatever their sector.
