EDIBLE MUSHROOM ORIGINALLY GROW WILD IN FIELDS AND MOUNTAINS AND AS PARASITES ON TREES. THEY ARE AN ABUNDANT SOURCE OF NOURISHMENT AS NATURAL AMINO ACID AND VITAMINS. TODAY THEY ARE CULTIVATED IN FACTORIES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AS A RESULT OF IMPROVEMENTS IN BIOTECHNOLOGY AS WELL AS IN AIR CONDITIONN. THIS HAS BEEN THE RESULT OF COMPREHENSIVE TECHNOLOGY AND AIR CONDITIONING TECHNIQUES PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE. THE PAPER EXPLAINS FUNDAMENTALS AND DESCRIBES AN EDIBLE MUSH-ROOM CULTIVATION FACILITY GIVING IMPORTANT POINTS THAT NEED TO BE NOTED.
