Summary
Comparison between two-dimensional electrophoretic profiles of cell proteins of three psychrotroph Pseudomonas (2 P. fragi and 1 P. fluorescens) cultivated at low temperature and at optimum temperature for growth. An overexpression of certain proteins at low temperature was observed. Among these, two low molecular weight proteins were strongly synthesized at low temperature.
