Summary
The idea is put forward to develop a data bank system together with a program package aimed at collecting information about heat pump systems and other energy recovery installations. The exergetic concept is recommended to be used as the basic principle to optimize the working parameters. The actual state of the work is described and further steps are outlined in order to make the system available to the public.
