Change in protein content and in polyamine levels in cherimoyas (Annona cherimola, Mill.) during storage at too low a temperature.

[In Spanish. / En espagnol.]

Summary

The paper analyses correlations of respiration, ethylene generation and some changes in proteins of cherimoyas stored at 6 deg C. The results show an inhibition in protein synthesis linked to ripening at that temperature, but proteins specifically associated with cold injury were not detected.
