Measurement of the growth rate of mould on the surface of an agar-agar-orange juice-medium between 0-15 deg C. Estimation of temperature effect on Penicillium italicum, P. citrinum, P. digitum, Geotrichum and Cladosporium cladosporioides. No turbidity is observed in juices inoculated with Penicillium.
