THE METHOD FOR INDIRECT MEASUREMENT AND FOR CONTROLLING THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY OF SUPERSATURATED AIR, WHICH IS RECOMMENDED IN COLD STORES FOR FROZEN MEAT, IS EXAMINED. A MICROPROCESSOR MODULE HAS BEEN DEVELOPED IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE REQUIRED PARAMETERS OF THE AIR. AN ALGORITHM FOR THE FUNCTIONING OF THE MICROPROCESSOR IS PRESENTED.
