Summary
The cooker-mixer is used in food processing in a variety of processes, such as evaporation, condensation, drying, heating, cooling, disinfection and sterilization, and strongly influences the flavour and appearance of food products. The cooker-mixer's main components are the heating element, heating vessel, blender, shaker and automation system (including sensors). Some areas requiring improvement are labour saving, efficiency, continuity of operation and washing.
