COOLING AND STORAGE OF SOFT FRUIT ARE DESCRIBED WITH RESPECT TO IMPROVING THE SHELF LIFE. BLACKBERRIES, STRAWBERRIES AND RASPBERRIES ARE PARTICULARLY SENSITIVE TO LOW TEMPERATURE AND WATER CONDENSING ON THE FRUIT SURFACE.
