THIS ARTICLE PRESENTS A DESCRIPTION OF THE POTENTIOMETRIC METHOD FOR DETERMINING NITRATES IN FROZEN VEGETABLES WITH THE AIM TO CONSIDER THE PROPOSAL FOR TESTING FROZEN PRODUCTS. RESULTS ACQUIRED THUS FAR PRESENT VALUABLE INFORMATION ON CONTENT OF NITRATES IN VARIOUS KINDS OF FROZEN VEGETABLES.
