Summary

THE AUTHOR PRESENTS RESULTS OF TESTS CONCERNING STRAWBERRY QUALITY LOSSES AS A RESULT OF THE STORAGE OF FRUIT IN THE FROZEN CONDITION DURING DIFFERENT PERIODS BETWEEN HARVEST AND FREEZING. HE REGISTERED THE QUALITY FEATURE CHANGES OF THE FRESH AND FROZEN STRAWBERRY FROM THE HARVEST TILL COLD STORAGE AS WELL AS AFTER 6 MONTH STORAGE AT 253 K (-20 DEG C).
