A CHILLING TECHNOLOGYWAS DEVELOPED AND IS RECOMMENDED FOR MEAT SIDES AND QUARTERS SPRAYED WITH WATER IN THE JA8-FOA PLANT. THE WEIGHT LOSS OF MEAT ON SPRAY-CHILLING IS 22% LESS THAN WITHOUT SPRAY. THE QUALITY OF SPRAY-CHILLED MEAT AFTER 10 DAY STORAGE MEETSTHE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE STANDARDS IN FORCE. THE SAVINGS ARE 4 ROUBLES PER 1 TON OF MEAT WITH THIS TECHNOLOGY.
