Author(s) : ZOFFOLI J. P., RODRÍGUEZ J., ALDUNCE P., et al.

Summary

Various types of plastic film were investigated for various peach varieties. The composition of the modified atmosphere was monitored over a 21-day period at a temperature of 1 °C. Results, in terms of browning and flavour, are provided. The packaging that produced the best results was then tested under Valparaiso-Los Angeles transport conditions.
