Effect of low temperature and plastic films on postharvest life of guava (Psidium guajava L.).

Summary

It is concluded that commercial guava fruits can be held at 25 deg C for 3 or 4 days, after 2 or 3 weeks of storage at 8 deg C, without significant loss of quality.
