CHERRIES, SOUR CHERRIES, PLUMS, PEACHES, PEARS, WERE INVESTIGATED FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF THE EFFECT OF CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERE, TYPE 3: 5, ON THE LOSSES AND CONTENT OF THE MAIN CHEMICAL COMPONENTS. THE RESEARCHES SHOWED THAT THE STORAGE LIFE WAS EXTENDED BY 20 DAYS FOR SOUR CHERRIES, 30 DAYS FOR CHERRIES, 35 DAYS FOR PLUMS, 42 DAYS FOR PEACHES AND 90 DAYS FOR WILLIAM PEARS. LOSSES WERE LIMITED TO ONLY 10%.
