Summary
Effects of excessive water loss, of storage temperature (4-6, 28-30 deg C) during 0 to 6 days and of the packaging design (polyethylene or paper bags) on the appearance and on chlorophyll, ascorbic acid and soluble proteins contents of these two tropical vegetables. Packaging in sealed polyethylene bags avoids nutritional and water losses.
