RESULTS ARE GIVEN OF A TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF THE CHOICE OF AN AMMONIA-CONDENSATION SYSTEM IN A LARGE REFRIGERATING PLANT, WHOSE TOTAL REFRIGERATING CAPACITY IS 3.5 GIGAWATTS. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT HIGH-POWER AIR-COOLED CONDENSERS BE INSTALLED IN SIMILAR CASES. C.C.
