Summary
The heat exchange performance of a counter flow double-tube condenser for a ternary refrigerant mixture R407C, composed of HFC-32/HFC-125/HFC-134a, is calculated using a prediction method developed by the authors. The calculation results for a smooth tube and a microfin tube are compared to examine the condensation enhancement effect of the microfin tube.
