Summary
An experiment on cooling velocity in different tests of air vent hole and air pressure difference as well as other lines has been conducted. The authors demonstrated that the curve illustrating cooling velocity varies along with time. They obtained the appropriate time pressure-difference and hole diameter for keeping grapes fresh thanks to pressure difference precooling.
