THE RESULTS OF EXPERIMENTAL-STATIC INVESTIGATIONS INTO FREEZE BONDING FROMA PROCESS ANALYSIS OF PLAIN CONTACT FREEZING OF WATER AND WET GOODS AND THE DIRECT INFLUENCE ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF FREEZER EQUIPMENT AND METHODS ARE PRESENTED AND ASSESSMENT PARAMETERS GIVEN. THE ESSENTIAL INFLUENTIAL VARIABLES AND THETENDENCY OF THEIR EFFECT IS PROVEN FOR A THERMAL-MECHANICAL PHASE MODEL OF FREEZE BONDING. THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM EXPERIMENTS CAN BE APPLIED TO THE REAL FREEZING PROCESS BY USING THE ASSESSMENT PARAMETERS.
