DETAILS ARE GIVEN OF THE INCREASE IN FROZEN FOOD PRODUCTS OF WHICH POTATOES, DOUGHS AND PASTRIES ARE THE LEADERS. FROZEN MEATS HAVE SLUMPED LARGELY DUE TO COMPETITION FROMFRESH VACUUM PACKED MEAT. VEGETABLES ARE THE MARKET LEADER, THIS BEING DUE TO RECENT CLIMATIC AND PRODUCTION FACTORS.
