RESULTS OF SENSORY AND CHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF THE FLESH OF CRABS (CANCER BOREALIS) STORED AT 250 K (-23 DEG C) FOR 50 WEEKS. UP TO 33 WEEKS, NO SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITY IS OBSERVED.
