Summary
The paper describes new slurry production equipment. The mixture to be transformed into a slurry is cooled using a plate heat exchanger. The pressure difference and temperature of the mixture are controlled. When necessary, the cooling effect is stopped and the mixture flow through the plate heat exchanger is increased. Hence, ice crystals are removed from the plates and flow towards a storage tank. Then the process begins again, when the cooling effect begins and the mixture flow is slowed.
