Summary
A STUDY WAS MADE OF THE LIPIDS OF FROZEN STORED HAKE. THE PRINCIPAL AIM OF THE STUDY WAS TO FIND THE ORIGIN OF THE FREE FATTY ACIDS FROM PHOSPHOLIPIDS. NO CHANGES WERE FOUND IN THE TRIGLYCERIDE CONTENT, WHICH CONFIRMS THE ABSENCE OR INACTIVITY OF TRIGLYCERIDE HYDROLASES IN MUSCLES OF FROZEN STORED HAKE.
