THREE HUNDRED STRAINS OF PSYCHROTROPHS WERE ISOLATED FROM RAW MILK, STORED AT 277, 278, 280 OR 283 K (4, 5, 7 OR 10 DEG C). PSEUDOMONAS AND ACINETOBACTER SP WERE PREDOMINATING.
