Summary
Lobster tails were artificially inoculated with Vibrio cholerae then frozen at -20, -60 and -120 deg C for 5, 40 and 120 minutes at each temperature. The tails were immediately defrosted under refrigeration and shaken in physiological saline solution. In this liquid the population of V. cholerae was evaluated. Results are given.
