UNSATISFACTORY FLAVOUR SCORES IN 35 COMMERCIALLY PROCESSED SAMPLES FOUND POSITIVE FOR COLIFORMS BY THE PRELIMINARY INCUBATION WERE 0, 11, 57, AND 91% AT 1, 7, 10 AND 14 DAYS.
