Summary

THE WEIGHT LOSS DURING FREEZING WAS MEASURED IN DISTRIBUTION ROOMS WITH A COOLING BATTERY. BY PROCESSING THE EXPERIMENTAL DATA WITH A COMPUTER, IT WAS POSSIBLE TO OBTAIN A RELATION BETWEEN THE WEIGHT LOSS DURING FREEZING, THE TYPE OF MEAT AND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE INITIAL AND FINAL TEMPERATURES.
