Summary
Influence of the hydrogenation and the partial substitution of Ce on the Curie temperature and the magnetocaloric effects has been investigated for itinerant-electron metamagnetic La(Fe-Si) compounds from the point of view of the magnetovolume effect as well as the hybridization effect of electron bands.
