Summary
This brochure is for operators of stationary refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump equipment in which F-gases are used as refrigerants. The aim of the document is to provide information and guidance on the relevant provisions of Regulation (EC) No 842/2006 and its implementing acts and is not of a binding nature. A separate publication is available for operators of other equipment and relevant technical personnel and companies also covered by the Regulation (see this Bulletin, reference 2010-0321).
