Summary
An overview of the existing international collaborative programs to support research and development for advanced technologies with CFC alternative refrigerants is presented. Concerning the international research program entitled "Thermophysical properties of environmentally acceptable refrigerants" under the Annex 18 of the Implementing Agreement for the advanced heat pump systems at the IEA, some of the recent progress, together with the future program, has been summarized.
