MATERIALS (CHICKEN OFFALS) AND THEIR METHOD OF STORAGE DURING A TOTAL TIME OF 18 MONTHS AT 258 AND 255 K (-15 AND -18 DEG C) WERE STUDIED. THE CHEMICAL COMPOSITION IN THE FRESH STATE AND THE CHANGES IN COMPOSITION DURING STORAGE ARE GIVEN IN TABLES. A STORAGE TIME OF 12 MONTHS IS RECOMMENDED. R.R.
