THIS PLANT INCLUDES FOUR FREEZE-DRIERS WITH SUPERPOSED TRAYS OF 600 L EACH, A FILLING MACHINE AND TRUCKS MOVING ON RAILS FOR FACILITATING TRANSFER, THE WHOLE IN A ROOM UNDER OVERPRESSURE AT 288 K (15 DEG C). AT THE END OF THE CYCLE, THE DRY PRODUCT (5% MOISTURE) IS STORED AT LOW TEMPERATURE IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINERS TILL MIXING AND PACKAGING. THE COMPRESSOR INSTALLED FOR COOLING HOT WATER PROVIDES 20% SAVINGS WITH ITS SYSTEM OF HEAT ABSORPTION ON GLYCOL. G.G.
