Summary
The paper presents the CFC substitutes developed by ELF-Atochem corresponding to R12, R22 and R502. Their thermodynamic, safety and toxicity properties are described. The substitutes are R134a and R409A for R12; R404A, R407C and R134a for R22; and, finally R404A and R408A for R502.
