AS EACH YEAR, THE RESULTS OF QUALITY ASSESSMENT ARE REPORTED FOR THESE PRODUCTS AFTER TESTS CARRIED OUT IN BAMBERG ON SEPTEMBER 24-25, 1981, UNDER THE AEGIS OF THE DLG (SEE BULL. IIR ABSTR. N.82-0686 AND 81-0278). 31 SAMPLES OF PREPARED FROZEN FOODS WERE EXAMINED: TWO OBTAINED THE GRAND PRIZE (6%), 18 A SILVER MEDAL (58%), 8 A BRONZE MEDAL (26%), CONFIRMING THEIR VERY SATISFACTORY ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITY AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR COMPOSITION AND PACKAGING.
