Summary
The microbial populations in minimally processed cabbage (packed in 3 different materials) were investigated after sanitation for 10 minutes with sodium hypochlorite at 200 mg/litre and chlorinated organic compound or 1% acetic acid and storage at 1, 5, and 12 °C.
