Summary

Investigations were made of new subspecies of green pea for freezing purposes. One cycle of investigations included a 3-year period of estimation of quality characteristics important for refrigeration industry. The morphological and organoleptic features of species recommended for cultivation were evaluated for freezing purposes in different regions of Poland.
