Author(s) : PARK Y. M.
Type of article: Article
Summary
The incidence of spotty symptoms was reduced by shortened curing period and rapid refrigeration storage. No prestorage treatments, such as fumigation with sulfur dioxide or aluminium phosphide, or controlled-atmosphere treatments reduced the incidence of spotty symptoms. Refrigerated storage strongly inhibited the incidence of spotty symptoms.
